I am a fully qualified Complementary Therapist who has been practising massage and alternative therapies since 2011. Being a 41 year old single mum of two, I know how busy life can take its toll and how difficult it can be to take time for yourself. Experiencing many life challenges from a young age I understand how self love, healing and improving mindset is such an important part of our health and well being.
​My goal as a Therapist has always been to support and heal others whether that be improving skin conditions for self confidence, relieving muscle tension and pain, assisting with chronic illness or providing deep relaxation for conditions such as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, insomnia.
