Our Story

Reiki is an old Japanese technique which uses the Universal life force energy to heal. The laying on or off of hands allows energy to pass through the practitioner to the client to remove energy blockages and create a feeling of wellbeing.

Both my husband and I qualified as Level 2 Reiki Practitioners in early 2017 and we haven’t looked back. Being able to help people emotionally and physically with our universal energy healing techniques has brought us a great deal of happiness. Here at Little Bird Holistics your wellbeing and relaxation is paramount. Entering our very own sacred space at our home in Mold, Flintshire, you will be taken on a journey of healing and relaxation.

During each session you will receive hands on Reiki Healing, a feedback sheet of everything that came through during your session. You also receive a White Sage Cleansing and also a sound bath using Tibetan Singing Bowls. To recharge, rebalance and re-energise your energy field. We will then email or message you with a complete breakdown of the session and all the meanings of the messages that came through.
