From working as a fitness instructor, to many years in nursing care, supporting bodies through stress, pain, recovery, and burnout — every role taught me something about the nervous system, touch, safety, and what people actually need.

I’ve had a lovely Christmas and New Year break, taking time to rest, reset, and nourish my own energy.

Over the last few years I’ve grown so much — personally, spiritually, and in my work as a facialist and massage/reiki therapist.

My butterfly logo represented my own healing and transformation. But now I’m stepping into a new chapter.

These wings feel aligned with where I am today — calming the nervous system, supporting healing, and holding space through skin therapy, touch, and energy work.
