Fenruary's stats are in and the Lymington UTC - well done Team!

In February, our incredible team cared for 2500 patients who came to us with illness or injury.
Thanks to their dedication and teamwork:

We’re Open – Thank You for Your Support

Following yesterday’s temporary closure due to flooding at Lymington Hospital, we’re pleased to confirm that Lymington UTC is now fully open and operating as normal.

We’d like to sincerely thank our staff for their swift action and teamwork, and our local community for your patience, understanding and support while we worked to resolve the issue safely.

We appreciate the kind messages and cooperation shown throughout — it really does make a difference.

**Lymington UTC Closed today**

Overnight the Lymington hospital has suffered a significant flood which has resulted in the hospital not having heating or water which means the UTC has to close today.

If you were a patient planning on attending today please seek alternative services or call 111 for non-emergencies.

🚨 Important update 🚨

A major incident has been declared at University Hospital Southampton following a fire earlier this morning.

As a result, patients are being diverted away from the hospital and Lymington UTC is expected to be extremely busy today.

Please consider carefully whether you need to attend the UTC today. If appropriate, you may be able to get clinical advice and support through NHS 111 or your local pharmacy.

A huge thank you to Friends of Lymington for their incredible generosity in funding Christmas lunch for all the staff working on Christmas Day at Lymington UTC 🎄

Your kindness helped make a long day of caring for patients that little bit warmer and brighter, and it truly meant a lot to the team who gave up time with their own families to be there for our community.
