Dear Saturday yogis,

Our next class will be the last of this year and will be this Saturday at St Mary's church hall, Barton upon Humber:

✨Saturday 29th November 10.15-11.30✨

£7 drop in

Any queries or concerns, please do get in touch.
Please bring your own mats, blocks, belts and blankets if you have them. I do always bring spares if in need.

We will visit some nourishing yogic breathing exercises, followed by warming stretches, some strengthening flow (making adjustments for all), and a final 10 minutes or so of yoga nidra followed by a final deep relaxation.

I'm really looking forward to being with you all through this yoga practice time for you.

We'll be heading over to the Stables café after the class for a seasonal cuppa for those able to make it! I look forward to seeing you then. 🦌🎄☕

Just a reminder that the cost of each class is *now £7* , as of last Saturday's class, and going forward.

It was very lovely to see those able to make it to last Saturday's class, which we followed with a cuppa at the super, new, Stables café at Baysgarth park.

Dear yogis,

It was so very wonderful to be back on the mat with those able to make it to the class yesterday at St Mary's church in Barton!

I've decided to change the format a little, and to run 'pop-up' classes on a more occasional basis. Same place, time, and day, but I will announce on the page, and share in the WhatsApp group (anyone not in the WhatsApp group who'd like to be added please let me know - that way I'll not have to send lots of individual messages) in advance of each class.

The next class will be on Saturday 4th October:

£7 drop in (note the price increase)

Please bring your own belts, blocks and blankets. I do always bring spares for those wishing to borrow them.

After the class, those wishing to join us at the new café at the Baysgarth museum (it's meant to be lovely!) will be very welcome. This will be in part to celebrate it then being 25 years since I completed my yoga teacher training! I do look forward to celebrating with those able to make it! Doing the training has been one of life's greatest gifts!
