🤰 I’m pregnant, do I need to have an OCT?

Yes, you do need diabetic eye screening during pregnancy if you have diabetes (excluding gestational diabetes). Your risk of diabetic retinopathy increases, so extra checks help keep your eyes healthy 👁️💙

📸 OCT scans are safe and non-invasive, but not always necessary unless advised by your eye care team.

'Together for GOOD Mental Health'

The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 centers around 'COMMUNITY'.

Why not take this opportunity to pause and focus on our wellbeing?

There are countless ways to nurture our mental health. You could take a walk in the park, enjoying the fresh air and the beauty of nature.

Perhaps a swim with your family, creating joyful memories together, or simply sharing ice-cream with friends, savouring the moment and each other's company.

Every little bit helps in making a positive impact on our mental health.
