There is time for healing, and there is time for growth.

Life happens.
There are good days when we love, laugh, and enjoy being alive.

But there are challenging days when we are ill, stressed, hurt, weak, lonely, or lost.

There are days when the best thing to do is to slow things down, heal, rest, and be patient.

How long❓

As long as it takes.

To speed up your recovery, follow a system or strategy that worked before or ask for professional advice.

You can do it alone, but if you'd like to experience quicker results, it's wiser to ask somebody else for support.

You will need clarity and the right energy (and strategy) behind your consistent daily actions.

Pain is inevitable.

Suffering is a choice.

Sometimes, we can't prevent a situation, so it leads to physical, mental or emotional pain. What do you do?

Instead of ignoring it or numbing the symptoms with coping mechanisms or drugs with harmful side effects, I prefer to deal with them naturally if possible.

That's why I practise (and teach) Qigong. This ancient practice (about 4000 years old) is proven to increase our self-awareness and act faster before it's too late. It can also provide instant and natural pain relief without harmful side effects. I used it many times to get rid of headaches or tinnitus.

Your life should be the most incredible and exciting journey. 🤩

But there is a problem. 🤔

It's not that likely because everything changes all the time.
And we don't like to change.
We tend to stay where we feel safe, secure, and comfortable.
Can anyone relate?

I remember when I couldn't find a way to get out of my comfort zone (that wasn't even comfortable). Face the same excuses and lies (limiting beliefs) constantly and watch the years disappear.

But eventually, there was a time when remaining the same was more painful than getting out of my comfort zone.
I became a divorced single father.
I had a strong motivation to change.
I wanted to become his best father and inspiration.

I improved my
✅ clarity and mindset
✅ habits and priorities
✅ self-talk and self-love
✅ relationships and boundaries
✅ environment

I'm becoming happier, healthier and more fulfilled every day.
I'm becoming a creator instead of a consumer who I used to be.
I'm becoming the father to my son I always wanted to have.

I want to encourage you to invest in your personal growth and self-development as often as possible.
It's clearly the best investment you are ever going to make.
Your future self and the people around you will be grateful for that.

Picture this.
You wake up happy, healthy, fully energised, enthusiastic and excited about the day ahead. (No pills to take, no pain or discomfort to deal with.)

Wouldn't you like to have (and share) as many of these days as possible?

I practise (and teach) Qigong because it improves my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and increases my chance to live longer and age gracefully. (One of my teachers studied in China. His master was healthy and active at the age of 106 to deliver 2 Qigong classes daily.)

Even though I have more candles on my birthday cake every year, I feel healthier, happier and more vibrant than years ago. Fortunately, many others benefit from this, including my 8-year-old son, family, friends and clients.

Have you made any (New Year's) resolutions recently❓

How are you getting on❓

I'm asking because it's more likely to fail than succeed.
And I used to fail many times before I learned this:

“Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.” – Jim Ryun.

✅ To remove something that no longer serves you, you must replace it with a better habit that supports your goal.

✅ Motivation is only needed at the beginning of creating the new habit.

✅ But with time, your consistency will pay off, and you will rewire your brain. This is when your new habit becomes the norm (you won't need any motivation anymore), and you get your desired outcome more easily and effortlessly. (And you no longer get what you originally wanted to avoid.)

I wish you all the best with your resolutions and make 2025 your best year ever. 😊🙏

But what is Qi?
I'm so glad you asked. 😄

Qi is our life force energy and natural healing power. We all have it. Unfortunately, stress, being overly busy and not paying enough attention to our internal world block its natural flow.

Why is change not easy❓

Because it is uncomfortable.
Most people fail because it's easy to lose focus and slip back into the life (habit, behaviour, or thinking) they want to change or move away from.

The greatest failure is not trying.
If you are unhappy with where you are heading, change direction.
But be careful.
The more failed attempts might increase confusion and damage your self-worth and self-confidence.

If you don't get the results you want, ask:
What can I do differently to get better results❓
Who can I ask for advice or support who already has my desired outcome and successfully helps others to get it❓

When you do it right, once is enough.

If you discover what is in your way and how to use it to your advantage, suddenly, you'll increase your chances to achieve whatever you want.

I'm afraid there are no magic pills.
Without you being committed and consistently doing the necessary work, change won't happen.

You have to want to change. 🔥
You have to believe in yourself. 🙏

When you (learn to) change your mindset, you switch from victim to creator mentality and move closer to your dreams.

What helps you to change your mood and increase your vibration❓

As a helping practitioner, I can share many tips with you. But this time, I chose something personal. Here is a poem that's close to my heart and makes me feel better no matter what happens. ☀

"If I work hard and get lucky, then I'll be successful." 🍀

One of the essential characteristics of successful people has nothing to do with luck or even doing everything.
They don't get it all done but concentrate on getting the right things done.
Successful people know how to prioritize the most important things without being distracted.
When they say "YES" to one thing, they say "NO" to everything else.

Remember. You always have a choice.
You can say "NO" to things that move you away from your desired outcome. Even when you feel powerless and do what is easy and comfortable instead of what is right.

It's not likely that somebody physically forces you to:
❌ Scroll more on social media.
❌ Watch TV when you have to work or study.
❌ Eat something that is not good for you, ruins your diet, or eat much more than you know you should.
❌ Drink alcohol, smoke, gamble, or play for days with computer games.
❌ Check your phone every single time you hear a ring or ping.

You will get better results if you
✅ Identify what it is that you really want.
✅ Prioritize the actions and people who move you towards it.
✅ Change your mindset, improve your focus and discipline, and take consistent actions every day.
✅ Learn to say "NO" to things and people who take you away from your dreams.

Do you know anyone who suffers from digestion issues❓ (I did)
I have good news to share. With the right information, tools, habits and strategy, they can improve and get better results. (as I did)

I've noticed when I'm feeling stressed, it negatively impacts my eating habits and digestion. When I'm unwell (like having digestion issues), it affects my mood, positivity, mental clarity, productivity, creativity and more.
I tried many things, but nothing seemed to work.
Then, I started to practise Qigong and got better results.
