Did you know March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month?

Lots of women are (understandably) concerned about there being a link here.

At a first glance, yes, there may be a very small increase in risk of developing ovarian cancer if you are using HRT.

But when the numbers are viewed properly, the difference is extremely small.

👆 Important news this week from and highlighting the link between menopause and women’s mental health.

A recent YouGov poll found that while most people associate menopause with symptoms like hot flushes, only 21% of UK adults realise that menopause can also be linked to the onset of new mental health conditions.

This lack of awareness means many women may not seek help, and symptoms can sometimes be misunderstood or misdiagnosed.

The more we talk openly about menopause and mental health, the easier it becomes for women to get the understanding and support they deserve 💛
