These are being made for a lovely customer who struggles with bunions and can’t find shop-bought shoes that fit comfortably.

We’ve shaped and tweaked every part to suit his feet perfectly — can’t wait for him to see them once they’re all finished and ready for their next adventure! ✨

🍂 Autumn has arrived! 🍂
I’ve decorated our window for the season, featuring beautiful autumn leaves. It’s amazing how each one has its own unique pattern — all created by nature!

Our foxes are out too, enjoying a stroll through the crunchy leaves 🦊🍁 I hope you’re getting out to enjoy the colours and that satisfying crunch beneath your feet as well.

A lovely gentleman approached me recently with a special request.
His wife, who struggles with her feet, was celebrating her birthday — and he wanted to give her the gift of comfort.

It's Bone and Joint Week 🦴

✨ Looking after your body starts with your feet! ✨

Your feet do so much for you every single day — they carry you, support you, and keep you moving. When they’re not aligned properly, it can affect your knees, hips, and even your back.

This week is a great reminder to give your body a little extra care:

💙✨ Today is World Arthritis Day.
I’m Steph — a business owner, a shoemaker, a wife, and a mummy — living with a hidden illness. At the age of 30, I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. It’s something I live with every day, and while it isn’t always visible, it affects so many aspects of life.
For me, one of the biggest helps has been wearing bespoke orthotics. They give me the support I need and remind me how important well-made footwear really is. That’s also why my work as a shoemaker and insole maker feels so meaningful — I know first-hand how the right support can transform the way we move, work, and live.
Arthritis isn’t just something that affects “older people.” It can affect anyone, at any age — and raising awareness really matters. Sharing my story today feels a little vulnerable, but if it helps even one person feel understood, it’s worth it. 💙

Have you ever stopped to think about what your feet are trying to tell you?
Take a moment to look inside your shoes — what do your insoles look like?
