Hi, I'm Martin, I'm a Level 5 Sports Therapist based at The Hub in New Mills and at Precious Health in Hale, Manchester.

I also offer mobile appointments to the comfort of your own home as well as corporate, work placed treatments for your employees, whether it's 5, 50, or more.

I look to address any muscular tension, chronic issues, or injuries you may have and help to improve the range of movement and functionality of the body.

Primarily, I am a sports therapist and use various techniques during treatment, such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and acupuncture, to name but a few.

I offer many more treatments such as lymphatic drainage, cupping, pregnancy massage, and reiki.

The day of chair massage coincided with BCLP's well-being week and overall well-being programme for employees.

Some great feedback from the employees, and even one or two that fell asleep in the chair, during their treatments 😂😴

We offer you natural treatments Such as Microneedling, Fibroblast/ Plasma HIFU and chemical peels. These treatments cause superficial damage where the skin responds by healing creating new elastins and collegens that rise to the surface and creates less wrinkles and fine lines on the face, neck, hands and body, with improvement in overall skin tone and texture. We are also able to provide Dermal Fillers and Anti-Aging injections for those wanting quicker results.

Caroline Murphy MCHFP ,MAFHP offers professional foot care. I am fully trained in corn and callus removal, in-growing nail and nail reduction treatments, fungal nail/verrucae treatment as well as Orthotics, (please do not be embarrassed about your feet. I have a passion about the work I do and get great satisfaction with the results I deliver) Caroline is also a trained Body Piercer and is fully licensed with High Peak Borough Council. Caroline has Diplomas in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Waxing and Tinting, Plasma/Fibroblast Treatments, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and Lash Lifting, Micro needling and Mesotherapy. Caroline is a fully trained Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Ann Bradley Whitaker is our Beauty and Massage Therapist. Ann has Diplomas in Sports massage, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Western medical acupuncture, Facials. Waxing including intimate or men and women, Manicures, Lash lifting, Gel nails, Waxing and Tinting, Spray Tanning.

Sara Jane Randall BSc (Hons)Registered Nurse Prescriber offers Dermal Fillers and Muscle relaxing/anti-wrinkle injections. Ear wax removal and Microscerotherapy (red vein treatments)
