Our unconscious tendencies are deeply rooted within the layers of our PSYCHE, very often hidden from our conscious awareness, (YET) this deep well of our unconscious collections profoundly influences our thoughts, emotions and behaviours, it is, in fact, the default mechanism from which we operate!
These patterns stem not only from experiences of our current life but also from echoes of past incarnations, carried forward through our soul's journey across time.
Traumas, attachments, unresolved emotions, and even infinities from past incarnations embed themselves in our soul's energetic imprint, forming inclinations that guide us ~ often subtly, and sometimes forcefully towards certain choices or reactions in our lives.
We bring these unconscious elements forward because they hold unfinished, unresolved (ego) lessons/themes that our soul seeks to integrate or transform…
This process allows us to revisit the unconscious parts that are contributing to the karmic wheel of our lives, keeping us from fully being the conscious being creator that we are designed to be… The Awakened Human being!
Without awareness of these influences, they will operate within us like invisible threads, orchestrating our actions and responses…we see ourselves as powerless, victims of our past or present circumstances, trapped by our perceived (outdated) identity.
Until we bring these hidden forces that run in the background into our consciousness life it appears to be as one struggle after another and mostly of suffering or strive whether as a result of life our situations, our minds, emotional or physical health dilemmas.
We most certainly can and do through the process of self-awareness and conscious transformation shift & alter our frequency vibration, absolutely liberating us from the grip of the unconscious dictator of our everyday life!
when we no longer hold that resonance to the unconscious tendencies that once pre-determined our life circumstances, our lnnner and Outer landscape slowly begin to transform (beyond our expectations)
