I first visited BritChiro when I suffered a disc prolapse in my neck. I'm sure that the treatment I received meant that I avoided the need for surgery. Some years later, I recently developed a painful hip condition which made walking difficult. The treatment I have received has helped to get me back on my feet and back to work. During my life, I have tried to follow the path of “Self-help”, when faced with physical problems. Following a heavy fall earlier this year, I began to experience pains to my lower back, which extended to my hips and upper legs restricting my mobility. Eventually I was (reluctantly) forced to admit defeat and accept I needed professional help and I decided to consult Britchiro.
Having never used the services of a Chiropractor before, I was not sure what to expect. Dr Harriet (Chiropractor) was warm and welcoming and made me feel completely at ease and suggested an X-Ray (Britchiro have on-site X-ray department). The X-ray revealed a condition that may have existed for some time, aggravated by my fall. She carefully explained this in comprehensible terms and suggested a treatment plan. Since then, I have attended the clinic on a regular basis and my condition is much improved. Ever professional, Dr Harriet displays a high level of competence that inspires confidence. To anyone else suffering as I was, I would say: Do not delay and consult Britchiro… today!

Harriet is a driven and dynamic individual who embarked on her journey towards becoming a chiropractor early in life, driven by a desire to help others. Originally from Bristol, Harriet graduated from the AECC in 2021 and she has since settled in the New Forest, drawn by its picturesque coastline.

​Harriet is an avid sports enthusiast who dedicated herself to semi-professional football for many rewarding years. While her dreams of reaching professional status in football didn't come to fruition, she discovered an equally fulfilling path as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She flourishes in this field, enjoying the diverse range of individuals she has the privilege to treat. From seniors to infants, each interaction fuels her dedication to wellness.

The whole left side of my body was in agonistic pain for over 18 months. I couldn't walk, bend, stand or sit. I went to many doctors and specialists and they all said that it's possibly to do with wear and tear that body gives us as we age. Having always been physically fit and only in my late 40s, I struggled to believe I must live with daily pain and decided to see if Britchiro can help me somehow. Dr. Eloise was confident, knowledgeable and very straightforward young lady. She reassured me that I can be helped and after 2 weeks of intensive treatment I started feeling much better. Dr.Eloise gave me huge hope, reduced my long lasting pain, corrected my spine and hips and started intense "pressure" treatment for my chronically inflamed muscles.
