We’re pleased to share that following a recent internal recruitment process, we have appointed two new part-time Care Coordinators.

Please join us in congratulating Dharshika and David on their new roles! 👏

They will soon begin their training and will be working closely with Jess, our Senior Care Coordinator.

We’re confident they will be fantastic additions to the team and will play a key role in strengthening our coordination function.

💙 Don’t worry—our clients will still see their friendly faces, as they will continue to carry out care calls as part of their roles.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Lynn, our amazing Deputy Manager, as this month’s Carer of the Month!

Since Christmas, Lynn has gone above and beyond—working nearly every weekend out in the field supporting our clients, as well as keeping everything running smoothly in the office. Her dedication to both our team and the people we support truly shines through in everything she does.

She has also shown real compassion and commitment by stepping up and supporting our manager during a time of illness, showing just how much she cares about everyone around her.
