🌟 Carer of the Month – Holly 🌟

We’re delighted to celebrate Holly as our Carer of the Month! Although she hasn’t been with us for very long, Holly has already made a huge impact on the team.

She’s stepped up to cover care calls so staff members could attend the Christmas party 🎄, and she’s always willing to help out when there’s sickness, wherever she can. Her flexibility, reliability, and positive attitude truly reflect our values and make a real difference to both colleagues and the people we support.

Nothing beats seeing joy, laughter, and a bit of a boogie bringing the community together — Hugo definitely knows how to lift spirits!

🎄✨ Spreading Christmas Cheer in Ashley! ✨🎄

Today our very own Hugo the Serendip Bear was out and about in Ashley, sharing festive cheer and handing out some sweet treats to our lovely local community 🍬❤️

It was wonderful to see so many smiles, friendly waves, and lots of friendly beeps from passing cars, spreading Christmas spirit wherever Hugo went! Moments like these are what Serendip is all about: kindness, connection, and care at the heart of our community.

We even had some extra festive magic when the local fencing company Goslings Landscapes joined in and were lucky enough to receive some love heart sweets ❤️🍬 — community spirit at its best!

Thank you to everyone who stopped to say hello to Hugo – you truly made his day (and ours!) 🐻🎅

✨ We are delighted to share that the son of one of our Serendip Home Care employees has received sponsorship thanks to the fantastic work of Olivia Inspires. Their commitment to supporting young people in our community is truly inspiring.

In 2026, Serendip Home Care will be running fundraising events to help Olivia Inspires continue offering life-changing opportunities to more young people.

We’re inspired by their work and proud to support such an amazing charity. 💙🦚

We've just helped a young person, funding his membership at New Milton Leisure Centre. He is undergoing regular treatment at Southampton Hospital and he was pointed in the direction of Olivia's charity by a youth worker at the hospital, because swimming will help his medical condition. We were delighted to be able to help 😊
