With all the Wimbledon buzz, our office staff decided to serve up some fun of our own! A quick game of “desk tennis” turned into a full-blown lunchtime rally — laughter, questionable footwork, and some surprisingly competitive shots included! 😄🏓💼

With this beautiful sunshine and soaring temperatures, it’s the perfect time to enjoy the summer — but it’s also essential to stay safe, cool, and hydrated. 💧

🌡️ Hot weather can be especially challenging for older adults and vulnerable individuals, so please keep the following in mind:

✅ Drink plenty of water — even if you don’t feel thirsty
✅ Stay in cool, shaded areas where possible
✅ Wear loose, light clothing
✅ Use fans or open windows for ventilation
✅ Check in on elderly family, neighbours, and clients regularly

At Serendip Home Care, our carers are out and about making sure our clients stay safe, comfortable, and well-supported in the heat. 💚
