Moriah has always been passionate about movement, growing up exploring a variety of sports, with gymnastics as her main focus. She fell in love with Pilates as a way to strengthen her body and improve posture and quickly became fascinated by the power and potential of the human body. She thrives on helping people move with confidence, build strength that supports everyday life, and connect more deeply with their bodies through fun, purposeful movement. Join Cloudi for a deeply nourishing yin yoga practice as we begin to feel the energetic shift of Jupiter moving into Cancer on June 6th – a once-in-12-years transit that opens a portal to emotional growth, expansion through care, and the blossoming of inner abundance.
