Yoga starts somewhere. Enjoy the process, gaining flexibility, strength and balance; essential for ageing and/or feeling well.

There is always that first time, or after a long break when you are in the enviable position to start using your body to create more possibilities.

Morning everyone.

Just a post for all of my followers.

I'm starting yoga classes again in the New Year.

There will be a slight re-structuring; my classes will now be 40 mins long and based in my studio in Greatstone.

Prices are reduced and as usual I will be teaching all yoga practises to suit all ages and abilities.
