DAY 3 - BENEFITS - REFLEXOLOGY FOR SLEEP
😴Reflexology can improve sleep in several gentle natural ways:
*Through stimulation of specific points on your feet, it helps to relax your nervous system, lowering cortisol levels, your stress hormone which is known to interfere with sleep. Cortisol levels peak between 2-4am (have you ever woken and wondered why you cannot get back to sleep.....!!)
