We would welcome any patient of the surgery to come along and find out why your PPG is an important part of the life of the Surgery. Our surgery, along with all Kent GP practices, currently has no internet or computer system access due to a problem at the NHS Data Centre.

This may mean delays with delivering both face to face and telephone appointments until this is resolved.

We also cannot take any appointment bookings at the present time.

We understand that the I.T. Engineers are working to fix the problem and hopefully this should happen in the next hour.

Apologies for any inconvenience to patients.

UPDATE - NOW RESOLVED.

The Council are closing Church Approach from 4pm today for the Light up New Romney. This means there will be no access to our car park for patients who hold a blue badge. Unfortunately disabled patients will need to find alternative parking. Please bear in mind that there will be various other road closures relating to the event this evening as well.

This Thursday (27th November) the surgery will be closed from 1pm for our monthly protected learning time for staff training.

Prescriptions can still be dropped through the front door letter box, but they will not be seen until Friday morning.
