Perfect for desk workers, gym goers, and anyone feeling tight.

Here’s what each stretch targets:
• Neck Release: eases tension in the neck and traps
• Hip Flexor: opens the front of the hips, great for runners and sitters
• Hamstring Reach: lengthens the back of the legs and supports lower back health
• Calf Stretch: improves ankle mobility and reduces tightness from walking or training
• Pigeon Pose: deep glute and hip opener for runners and lifters
• Knee Hug: decompresses the lower back and calms the nervous system

Total time: 5 minutes
