Area 21 Light and Sound Centre invites you to Drift & Drum — a unique, immersive experience designed for absolute beginners and curious souls alike. No drumming experience needed. No rhythm required. Just show up.
Here’s what to expect:
🌀 Be guided through rhythmic drumming that quiets the mind and eases you into a deep meditative state
🎶 Lie back and experience a full restorative sound bath using native instruments, resonant drums, and guided journeying
🥁 Return gently and join together in a powerful community drumming circle to close the evening
This is a space for anyone who is stressed, curious, seeking, or simply ready for something different. All are welcome.
