This weekend, one of our own is taking on the iconic London Marathon, and we couldn’t be prouder! 🏃‍♀️

Alison has been putting in the work for months, training consistently with Graham through PT, showing up at Parkruns, and running with the Newark Striders. When she shared her goal of completing the London Marathon, she fully committed, and hasn’t looked back since.

Working closely with Graham, she followed a bespoke training plan tailored to support her running. Her sessions focused on strength, conditioning, core, and stability - using a mix of calisthenics, free weights, and resistance training.
