You can’t always see when a child is struggling… but that doesn’t mean they’re not. We spend so much time teaching children how to stay physically safe, but what about when it comes to their thoughts, their confidence, their worries? 💭

Our Healthy Minds workshops are designed for children aged 7–11, creating space for real conversations around:

Choking is one of the biggest fears for parents and carers because we know it can happen in an instant and it can be really frightening when you don’t know what to do.
