• Shirley Wilkins is a Complementary Therapist specialising in balancing and healing the body, mind and `inner you' which results in you being better able to cope with the challenges of modern life. Shirley has been part of the NHS for over 40 years in many roles resulting in a wealth of experience and understanding of health issues. Shirley has worked with the medical model of health which treats symptoms of disease, but there is more to health and life problems than just symptoms. Shirley has studied and practiced her Alternative Therapies for 10 years and firmly believes they can complement medical treatments.

• Education & Qualifications - MPH, BA (Hons) Health Studies, RGN, RSCN, SN(Cert), RHV, Dip Community Nursing, NLP Practitioner , Reiki Healing Master, Cert in Kinesiology, Diploma in Pathway Balancing Kinesiology.

• Professional bodies - Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council, Member of the Royal College of Nursing. Institute of Complementary and Natural Medicines (membership applied).

2021 remains a challenge for us all as we navigate the lockdown to keep our lives on an even keel . As soon as I am able to work ` hands on' again using my Kinesiology and Reiki Therapies I will make an announcement here.
Meanwhile I am volunteering as a vaccinator at a Pharmacy and will enjoy meeting people again and doing something practical there to help.
