The aim of our Newark care home is to provide our Service Users with the highest possible standard of care. We specialise in delivering care for older people with personal care needs, and older people suffering from dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory loss and similar disorders. We offer a homely, comfortable and happy environment where care is planned with the active involvement of our Service Users themselves, as well as their relatives, friends, medical professionals and others wherever appropriate. The home offers residential care 24 hours a day and is registered with the Care Quality Commission to accommodate 45 male or female elderly or mentally infirm residents (over 65). The home and its immediate surrounding area is a strictly no-smoking environment. However, there are provisions for smokers to smoke outside and away from the main building. The ethos of the home is to help our Service Users lead happy, dignified lives and to become and remain as self-reliant and independent as possible within a safe environment.
