After one of the most mentally challenging weeks of my life, losing my best pal of 16 years, I decided to head to Elland Road last night to watch my team, Leeds United, and try to lift my spirits. We beat Forest – and it definitely helped 💙⚽
Tomorrow’s Everyman Yoga is exactly that: for every man, no matter where you’re at or what journey you’re on right now.
Yoga has powerful mental and physical benefits. By combining stretching with breathwork, you’ll improve flexibility, support your internal organs, and give your mind some much-needed space.
After that, I’m throwing down a Sunday challenge: join me for a dip and experience cold water therapy.
If the dip feels like too much, just come for the yoga.

No pressure — just show up in whatever way feels right for you.
Cold water exposure has many benefits, including reducing inflammation, improving circulation, boosting mood, and supporting better sleep.
So my challenge to you, men, is simple: come and try it.
