YOGA CLASS: I now have a Hatha Yoga class up and running on Mondays at 7:15pm. This is at the Magnus Sports centre for the next few weeks but will be returning to the Congregational church hall from 10th July, cost is £10 per class. Please let me know if you would like to attend 🙏

END OF AN ERA: so after 19yrs of teaching Yoga full time and 14 of those years at the current studio, I'm afraid the studio is now permanently closed. I would like to thank everyone that has attended classes with me, some of you have been with me since the very start. It's been an absolute honour and pleasure to share the teaching of traditional Yoga with so many people over the years and I have seen so many people change and grow throughout that time and gain so much benefit from Yoga, and that was always my aim to share the path with anyone that was willing to join it.
May you all be happy and healthy 🙏

Yoga may not get rid of all of your problems, but it will help you to cope with your problems.
Life can get stressful at times we all know that, but not all of us know how to use how our body, breath and mind to help us to reduce that stress and the effect this has on the body/mind.
Yoga can provide us with some much needed tools to help us deal with life's ups and downs.

SPACES AVAILABLE: I currently have spaces available on all Yoga classes, both Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. All classes are suitable for all levels and limited to 12 students so you all get individual attention.
