***Upcoming classes**

In partnership with some incredible local businesses, I deliver friendly, creative and relaxed painting classes. These sessions give you the opportunity to try something fun and new in a social, welcoming environment. No experience is needed, as you will be patiently and professionally guided throughout. However, there is plenty of space to add your own creative flare! Come along with a friend or alone, we'd love for you to join us.

Classes last about 1.5 hours, and you are provided with all art materials, including a canvas board to paint, which you take home at the end. Partners venues also provide some delicious refreshments included in the cost.

Building a healthy future in Fernwood, Newark: our story

We’ve lived and worked in Newark for many years and we’re really looking forward to returning to the Fernwood community, which we first called home almost 18 years ago, this time with our business – Spectrum Physiotherapy. We’ll not only be moving our physio clinic into the new building, but we’ve created an exciting new business: Spectrum Wellness + Performance. At the very heart of our vision we believe that life is for living, whatever shape that takes for you, and this collaborative wellness space is the realisation of our dream to bring different strands of well-being together under one roof.

The Spectrum Wellness + Performance centre is a purpose-built, light and modern facility with everything from free parking to showers, 4 treatment rooms, 2 large studios and a state of the art rehabilitation gym. With close access to the A1, A17 and A46 it is perfectly located for those a little further afield.
