Our Story

We specialise in yoga for women, young people & children including those with special needs.

We run weekly: a women’s yoga circle, a parent/carer & baby yoga class, an after school children’s yoga class, and 1-2-1 classes for children with special needs.

We teach in partnership with the local surestart children’s centre, nurseries, primary and secondary schools and local children’s homes.

We run yoga weekends and yoga events for women throughout the year.
