Administrator Role Expectation
Who are we?
WSP Safety Ltd are one of the UK’s foremost independent CDM/Construction Health and Safety Consultancies. We co-ordinate and manage all aspects of construction Health & Safety, from project design through to completion.

What we expect you to do:
Establishing relationships with our stakeholders you will obtain, record and keep up to date our project trackers, prepare documents for consultants, collate information from external portals/stakeholders and generate project H&S Files and occasionally deliver documentation to site.
You will need to be able to effectively deal with customers and contractors, accurately recording data and information as required.
The skills you will need are:
Commercial awareness – You should understand WSP Safety’s operations, be clear on the market that we compete in and who we compete against.
You should understand the role that you play within WSP Safety and the positive impact that you in your role has on the business.
Resilience – You must have the ability to keep positive, to cope in stressful and pressurised situations and to be open to change.
Effective communication skills – You must listen well, ask good questions, build relationships, write clearly and talk with confidence.
Efficient organisation - You will need to work quickly and accurately with a strong eye for detail, so that you always provide a good high-quality service.
Confident and capable IT skills – You will be using Microsoft Office and various customer web based software portals; you need to have a good level of Microsoft Office competence. You must be able to present information / data clearly and have the ability to use all the basic functions appropriately.
Good relationship builder – You will have the ability to build relationships, both internally and externally.
Application – There are routine elements which require accurate data collection, input and focus which are essential to the role.
Independence – A full clean driving license is preferable.
You may have:
• Experience working in the construction industry.
• GCSE Grade C or above in Math’s and English
• IT Literate and be able to competently use Excel spreadsheets
• Be a positive and contributing team member, with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Details
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
You will be based in Newark, Nottinghamshire at our Head Office location
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:
• 7.5 hour shift with 1 hour Lunch
Break
• 9am - 5.30pm Mon-Thurs
• 8.30am – 5pm Fri
Work remotely:
• Most of the team are currently working remotely due to COVID-19
