Swedish Massage
Massage is the manipulation of body tissues for therapeutic effect. It is a powerful healing tool that improves physical and mental health by improving circulation, skin and muscle condition, posture, digestion, sleep patterns and oedema, reducing cellulite, plus relieving stress and tension, and promoting relaxation.

Reflexology
A form of healing that is both a science and an art. The science lies in the principle that there are points in the feet which correspond to points throughout the body. The art comes from the technique used on the reflex areas by the thumbs and fingers to unblock energy that stagnates in the feet and return the body to homeostasis. Reflexology is non-intrusive and does not require the removal of clothing apart from shoes and socks.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy back or full body massage utilising healing essential oils, which are extracted from a variety of plants, herbs, barks and peels to treat ailments, applied via gentle massage to improve spiritual, physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Holistic facials
Cleanse and tone, plus neck and shoulder massage, facial reflexology and Indian head massage combined in one well-being enhancing treatment.

Hopi Ear Candles
A specially designed hollow candle inserted inside the ear canal, which when lit creates a chimney effect that draws impurities from the ear and helps to alleviate tinnitus, sinusitis, glue ear, hay fever, excessive ear wax, hearing loss, colds, tension headaches and Menieres disease.

I am currently updating my information, and have appointments available.
There will be new leaflets soon.
But in the meantime, I just want to describe briefly what I do, and how I might be able to help you.
I offer treatment sessions in my home in Newark, that can be tailored to suit individual needs and preferences, and can help with all manner of issues, both mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.
I currently offer
Swedish massage: back massage or full body.
Reflexology: with or without aromatherapy essential oils.
Aromatherapy massage: back or full body with essential oils.
Holistic facial massage: with or without aromatherapy.
Hopi Ear Candles
I also include the use crystals and reiki/earth healing as part of these treatments.
Appointments can be booked for an hour, 90 minutes, two hours, or two and half hours, depending on your needs.
With prices ranging from £35 to £75.
Furthermore, I offer mini tarot/divination card readings after your treatment for £10, should you require a little extra guidance.
