35 minutes difference between these 2 pictures …
left picture .. my client arrived in clinic having locked up, presenting lower left side back pain, limited mobility, starting to show signs of sciatic pain.

Right side picture … after diagnosis, manual soft tissue work, and dry needling localised
In the correct area …. There is notable improvement and my clients pain is near to zero 👌🏼

Getting a great reaction using dry needling technique for my client who had lower back pain and restricted mobility.
Upon further investigation, it was clear that my client was suffering with a tight piriformis, which was also trapping his Sciatic nerve adding more discomfort.
After some manual therapy and dry needling… my client felt instant relief after the treatment.

This particular video shows an excellent response from the needles 👀👀👀
