So John joined us because his doctor told him he needed to lose 2 stone but then said actually you won't be able to do that because of your medication.

So here we are this week and John has achieved his 2 stone award 🏆 he can't wait to take it with him on his next appointment to show his doctor that actually you can take medication and lose weight! Well done John xx
