As the founder of , I’m always keeping my finger on the pulse of the latest supplement hype. I’ve been a longtime follower of , the guy is a legend and his knowledge is unmatched. I’ve always appreciated his refreshing take on the fitness industry, especially when it’s filled with nonsense.

But I have to call him out for giving a platform to spread some seriously misguided claims about hydration! 🙄 To say electrolytes are irrelevant to hydration? That’s not just outrageous; it’s downright dangerous!

Let’s set the record straight — hydration is key, and electrolytes play a vital role in it! 💧💪 I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, James and Adam. Are you really going to stand by those claims?
