Plant based oil free foccacia πŸŒ±β€πŸŒ±πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ 2 and 1/4 cups of warm water
7g dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
3 cups of flour
Make a dough and place in a warm place for 2-3 hours... place on the baking tray top with what you like and make until golden :)

1/2 a bag of wholegrain penne
1 courgette
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of chickpeas * drained and rinsed *
Handful of cashew nuts
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
( serves 2 )

Frozen : spinach, broccoli and sesame beans... tin of chickpeas, 1.5l veggie stock.. salt pepper....done and dusted :)
Bread is made in breadmaker so cant take credit there :)

Plant based pie for dinner tonight 🌱❀🌱 You will need:
2 large leeks
2 medium potatoes
1 large portobello mushroom
2 medium sweet potatoes
500ml of unsweetened plant milk
1 cup of flour
Salt,pepper
1 cup of nutritional yeast
Short crust vegan pastry
1/2 cup of coconut oil

Place your pastry into your dish and blind bake for 10 minutes... meantime chop up your veg and prepare beshamel ( heat oil in the pan, add flour to create a smooth paste...add milk salt pepper and nutritional yeast and whisk into smooth paste... Mix with chopped up veggies... pour into your fish with blind baked pastry. .. top with layer of pasty and brush with bit of plant milk.. bake until golden brown πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ

1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
1/2 cup of carob powder
1/3 cup of maple syrup
Combine well...pour into chosen moulds and let set in the fridge....

Blitz....

Blend ....
