Often my lady clients tell me there past the menopause where they have not had a period bleed for over a year and I hear this many time’s “I’m past that now” this fills me with concern 😳 when I ask so what support is in place for these declining hormones. Very rarely anything they tell me.

Research shows that Vitamin D3 and K2 can support the body I always encourage you to do your own research amongst other supplements needed for that time of transition. Exercise for women lots of research out there are better with short burst due the rise in cortisol this causes insulin spikes.
