New group, 11am on Thursdays - starting 4th May in Newark

..all things that are proven to increase your mood and sense of wellbeing.

That's why, in a collaboration with the brilliant tree newark and Newark Community Hub , we're starting a new weekly group which provides an opportunity to get the feel the benefit of all three.

Every Thursday at 11am, starting on 4th May, I'll be walking from tree (on Stodman Street, Newark) for between an hour and an hour and half. We'll take a fairly gentle pace and you don't need any special equipment (other than dressing for the weather and some comfortable shoes!).

Cost: £5, which includes a drink from tree at the end of our walk
