Dawn Wray Psychotherapy I am a Relational Gestalt Psychotherapist, I’m also many other things. I value real and honest dialogue, and meeting people exactly where they are.

Even in the messy, murky "I don't know" places. I am in my third-year training in Relational Gestalt Psychotherapy. Gestalt therapy works with the ‘whole’ of a person. I have worked in financial organisations for most of my life, doing my best to be a ‘whole’ human being, and to create a place where others can be the same. I believe everything is connected, and when we pay attention to present experience that this is how we integrate, grow and heal.

We're very much looking forward to launching the latest NGV International Journal "A special LOVE edition" later this week, alongside NGV's new website with a back catalogue of previous editions. A relatively 'new' friend sent me a picture of this bag; said it made him think of me. Those who know me, also know my now, ubiquitous orange ruck sack. I love it, everything has a place, practical, and useful for every trip. If I swap my stuff about, I get freaked out.

Made me curious about me, and made me realise just how lovely it is to be seen.
