✨ Supporting Nervous System Regulation Through Reflexology ✨

Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful therapy that works with specific points on the feet which correspond with different systems of the body.

My clinical focus is supporting women’s health, particularly during perimenopause and menopause, alongside individuals experiencing persistent pain or nervous system dysregulation.

Many people today live with ongoing stress where the body can remain in a heightened “fight or flight” state. Over time this may impact sleep, hormones, pain sensitivity and overall wellbeing.

Reflexology encourages deep relaxation and may help support the body in shifting towards a calmer “rest and restore” state.

I have a special interest in supporting:
🌿 Perimenopause & menopause
🌿 Nervous system regulation and chronic stress
🌿 Persistent pain conditions such as fibromyalgia

If your body feels like it has been running in overdrive, reflexology may help support balance and relaxation.

What a wonderful Friday evening! ✨
Catherine and Liz had the absolute joy of hosting four incredible women for our Perimenopause & Menopause Workshop. 🌸
Together, we explored how these life changes affect our bodies and what’s really happening during this natural transition.
We also shared how aromatherapy and reflexology can help ease those pesky symptoms and support a smoother, gentler journey through this stage of life.
It was a beautiful evening of learning, sharing, and connecting—and we feel so grateful to have been part of it!
