At his heaviest, Graham would wake up gasping for air – leaving him constantly exhausted 😴. Turning to food for comfort, he says his eating was out of control, putting him in a vicious cycle.

There are lots of good reasons to get an early night 👀😉, and our favourite has to be waking up to weight loss success 🙌!

In a survey of more than 3,100 Slimming World members, 75% said their food choices are negatively affected when they’re tired 🥱 – with 66% more likely to reach for chocolate or sweets 😪.

On the other hand, improving the quality of your sleep through healthy lifestyle changes can create a positive sleep cycle 🔁. In fact, the more weight members lost, the more likely they were to report improvements in sleep – giving them more energy and the motivation to stay on-track!

Top tips on how to make healthy treats even more fruity:

🍓 Add berries or bananas to your breakfast, with yogurt, cereal or even French toast.

🍍 Ice lollies! Homemade fruit lollies are the most refreshing way to get fruity, I’ve included a link below for inspiration.

🍊 Salad: pomegranate seeds, apple, orange slices bring a flavour sensation you won’t know you needed!
