Confidence looks different for everyone… but when you feel it, you know ✨
Today’s Confidence Oil Rider Clinic with the Essential Oil Rider was so special. We spent time learning how to work with the oils for both rider and horse — gently supporting emotions, calming the nervous system, and building that quiet inner trust.
We started by coming into the present moment… just pausing, breathing, and allowing everything else to fall away. That connection alone shifts so much.
Then we moved into pole work before the aromatherapy… noticing how both horse and rider were feeling, where there was tension, hesitation, or uncertainty.
After introducing the oils and allowing both to self-select and receive what they needed… everything softened.
You could see it. You could feel it.
More relaxation. More connection. More confidence.
The horse moved differently. The rider felt different.
That’s the magic of working holistically… when you support both ends of the partnership, everything begins to align 💫
I’m so proud of everyone involved — it was truly amazing to witness the shift.
