🌟 A huge shoutout to our amazing carers, Ali and Alice! 🌟

While out in the community with our residents from Hatzfeld House, they were approached by a lady who had been quietly observing them in a local cafe. She was so touched by the compassion and kindness they showed, not just to our residents, but also to her own son, who has additional needs and is usually very shy. Thanks to Ali and Alice’s gentle and caring approach, he felt at ease and comfortable in their presence.

As a token of appreciation, she later returned from the market with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for them both. 💐

We’re incredibly proud to have such thoughtful, dedicated carers on our team. Well done, Ali and Alice for truly making a difference! 🙌✨

Our residents had a fantastic time at Play Zone, enjoying good food and great company. A highlight of the evening was encouraging everyone to order their own meals because at Hatzfeld, promoting independence and confidence is at the heart of everything we do! 💙
