🛒 Newark's Out and About Group headed to the supermarket with shopping lists in hand. Everyone worked together to find items, tick things off their lists and navigate the aisles with confidence.

These everyday experiences are so valuable for adults with learning disabilities. They help build essential life skills like budgeting, planning and decision-making, while boosting independence and self-esteem. What’s learned in the community translates directly to home life — making meals, managing routines and feeling more in control.
