Do you know about Smudging?

Florence's room was cold but the thermometer said 19. I walked in and out and it definitely felt much colder in there. I asked her if she was cold.. she wasn't. I said "we need to smudge your room!" She didn't know what this was.. I tend to do it alone. I showed her 1st in my room incase she couldn't stand the smell... she was fine with it. We thought up some "good intentions" to say aswell as aiming to get rid of the negative energy...We finished smudging her room. The smell became much much stronger in her room, so I had to open the window to the very cold outside.... we sang and laughed and danced to wave goodbye to the negative energy and welcome the positive.... Florence was in hysterics as she shouted out the window. This went on for about 5 minutes...
When I eventually closed the window to the cold night air "coming in.." The temperature had risen nearly 3 degrees in her room! 🙂 if you know, you know....

Everything about the Champion Blend and stone has been created as a gift for a child with the instructions even written for them too. As a grown up you get to read this with them and help them understand just a little bit more about Essential Oils and how they can help a child.

In my mind you get to empower the child to take some control of their feelings, when perhaps at times they wouldn't normally.
