Tarot Thursday - Today you are feeling grounded and at peace. It doesn’t mean you’ve completely let go, but you are able to feel switched off enough from the grid and life’s complications to know what’s worth your own effort and energy later. Having time to meditate and focus inward is rejuvenating for you. Switching off the mental chatter enables you to focus better later on. The advice is to not let yourself become depleted. By looking after your body, mind and soul you bring back some balance into your life. Following on from the Hanged Man yesterday this is a period of time which is more about what happens in those quiet moments. The greatest ideas and genius ideas happen in periods of solitude💡Like a flash of inspiration that carries you forwards with a renewed burst of energy after a period of rest and renewal. It’s also a good day for a pamper and self care priorities 💕💖

The Hanged Man
Here is some midweek motivation for you. The Hanged Man shows us that our power lies in choosing to see things from a different perspective. We can rise above those things that may keep us from living in a way that isn’t true to who we really are. In a period of chosen patience and surrender we can still the mind and be less ego driven, finding that place within us where we no longer act impulsively but with acceptance. From this place of calm surrender we can move forward when the time is right. Growth happens in the spaces in between action, and that by shifting our viewpoint, we unlock fresh inspiration and a clearer path forward.

What can the Eight of Cups tell us for Tarot Thursday?
Wouldn’t it be great to break free from our self imposed limitations, our false beliefs about ourselves that hold us back and step into feeling lighter and freer? Who knows what’s beyond those false perceptions if we’ve never looked or thought there was a different way? Let today be a day for breaking away from restrictions and self sabotage. Try not to allow the negative opinions of others slow down any progress you’re making either. Try something different and take that one step closer to your goals.
