Newark Mencap The Avenue The Avenue provides a friendly atmosphere for adults with learning disabilities to make new friends The Avenue - your adventure starts here.

The Avenue provides a safe and friendly atmosphere as well as a person centred approach to its day service. Clients pick activities from their choices book for things they would like to do over a 12 week period (2 activities per full day)

These include; drama,music,games,gardening and poetry (just to name a few)

The Avenue also provides life skill classes including money management and Internet safety.
