This week, we will reflect on what habits you have learnt over time and how the habit loop plays a part in the habits you want to keep and break.

The Habit Loop technique will teach you the 3 stages of the Habit Loop: the Cue, the Behaviour, and the Reward, and how you can use that knowledge to form a new behaviour or stop an unwanted one.

Workshops.
The Vision Boarding Workshops are designed to provide a sense of community as well as a
practical session for members who wish to create a visual supporting their intentions & goals
throughout 2026.
Whether your medium is a poster board, scrapbook, journal, or digital app, come and join us.
The workshop will be enjoyed by those who have created vision boards in the past and those
who want to learn more about it.
Why not join our creative coaches in one or more of the sessions.
You can access virtual workshops from the main menu in the WW app.
