My name is Kevin Guthrie; I am a qualified, registered therapist and NCS accredited member who has practised for over 9 years, and have over 30 years experience working with people. We all have the ability to be more peaceful and happier versions of who we currently are. I offer services into corporate settings: these can be group settings or 1-1. We cover areas such as:
Foundation to mental health wellness. Managing stress and anxiety. Eating well for positive mental health. Difficult conversations around mental health and well-being. Imposter syndrome. Positive and effective change can enhance our sense of well-being and help build our resiliencies so that we can cope better with the challenges life presents us. This in turn improves business performance, people are happier, more peaceful and of course more productive. I believe strongly in emotional growth being one most powerful ways to improve a business success. We can use the very best marketing agency’s, have the best work place environments, but if our team members are struggling mentally and unable to discuss this, the business will suffer. If you experience these, some of them or all of them, chances are there is trauma in your system. Truth is we all live with a level of trauma, sometimes it’s tiny sometimes not.
Truth is we don’t need to live in any of these states, trauma an be processed.

Every day our bodies need movement and our minds need stillness.

Movement is described as anything more than you would normally do.
Stillness isn’t reading a book or watching TV it’s deeper….more meditative, eyes closed and deep breathing would do it, just do three minutes to allow your mind to reset.

The world and people are unsettled right now.
I’m not sure we reset completely after Covid, it feels like we either haven’t been proactive in bringing about our own peace, or if most people are just still surviving.

This little technique will help bring peace to your mind and body.

My name is Kevin Guthrie; I am a qualified, Accredited, registered therapist, and member of NCS ( National Counselling Society) who has practised for over 7 years. I am passionate about psychological and emotional well-being and offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to explore and make sense of your experiences" Positive and effective change can enhance our sense of well-being and help build our resiliencies so that we can cope better with the challenges life presents us. Through a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect, I am able to support you in developing your own resources with the aim of improving the quality of your life. "I chose to become a counsellor through having a poor experience in a counselling session many years ago. I decided then I didn't want others to experience what I had. I now see that I wasn't prepared for what the counsellor had to say to me. You have to be ready and willing to lead your life into new and healthier times. I believe strongly in the counselling process, and that each individual has the ability and resources within them to create the life they want" once they have the right conditions to do so. I offer counselling for adults aged 12+
