We’ve recently started using new wireless BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) technology as part of one of our rehab programmes for a client recovering from a broken ankle.
Their goal wasn’t just to “walk normally again”…
It was to get back playing padel and complete the rest of their league matches this season 🎾
BFR training allows us to safely challenge muscles and improve strength with much lower loads — making it ideal during certain stages of injury recovery and rehabilitation.
