There are many reasons why this film makes my heart expand with joy.
If you *think* you're the type of person who *hates* subtitled films... ..Ask yourself Who is the I that *doesn't like World Cinema?*

Prepare to be surprised. Lay aside your perception that an Italian film with subtitles isn't 'your sort of thing'.

You don't 'like' these subtitled foreign language films?

Many of us have realised that it's less about learning and more about a gentle journey, that's unfolding gradually that is allowing us to UNLEARN.
We are removing all that is illusion and for the first time as adults we are experiencing the truth of who we are - beyond the stories we've let ourselves believe.
We are remembering who we were before the conditioning of the heavy world that was weighing our spirit down like a lead balloon 🎈.

Keep unlearning. Keep unravelling.
Keep unfolding.

My heart goes out to you if you're dreading the thought of going into work tomorrow.

Why? Because I remember how awful it once felt for me.

I'm not talking about the common 'shame the weekend is over' feeling here, that's normal to a large extent.
I'm talking about worry, stress, overload, Burnout, anxiety , fear all wrapped up in a dollop of dread.

If things aren’t working out, believe me it's because you’re out of alignment.

I often talk about how our thoughts and feelings influence our actions and results. Negative thoughts and unsettled emotions can hold you back.

This is not right. You deserve to feel at peace.

You weren’t born to stay in situations that harm you.

When you’re aligned with your true self and values, things tend to open up more easily.

No matter your age, how long you’ve been in your role, or your past experiences—forget all that. Together, we can gain clarity and see a new way forward.

There’s no reason to keep feeling stuck or overwhelmed about work. Maybe it’s time for a change. Get in touch and discover what’s truly possible for you.

This is your life, and it moves in waves—ebbing, flowing, twisting, stopping, and accelerating.

Everything is part of your journey. Let go of the idea that there's somewhere you should have been or something you should have done by now.

Haven't we all spent enough of this life putting pressure on ourselves to be constantly productive and perfect?

You're not a robot.
We're spiritual beings living and learning through a human experience.

And the moment you embrace life from that higher perspective, you would do all in your power to keep away from the track and make your own path 🫶✨️🥰
