Yoga with Kirstin

Yoga with Kirstin Start anything with taking a deep breath from there almost anything is possible In my understanding Yoga presents the union between mind, body, soul and nature.

It is about mindfulness in everyday life but most of all it is about fun and a feeling good in your body. Each practice results in a glow of wellbeing and feeling proud to have given this time to yourself. If you fall out of a pose it is good for a giggle and then try again. Life is way too short to be miserable. Yoga makes me happy and I would love to share this with you.

The Christmas tree is up, and there are just two more Thursday Cafe sessions before the holidays. Come along this Thursday, 11am to 1pm, for home-made cakes, soup, sausage rolls and sandwiches, a pot of tea or a cup of coffee.
For the last session on the 11th December there will be extra treats - so look out for more information soon.
