Congratulations to our lovely founder (and now husband ) who got married yesterday 💒. What an amazing day .

Well it’s back for the month of February and here is the deal...
🕊️ Purchase the “29 Day Yoga Challenge” Class Pass for unlimited access (online and studio) for £100
🕊️Class Pass is valid 1st -29th February 2024
🕊️Book your classes from the schedule below. You can attend Online or Studio. If you can’t attend live, a recording is available.
🕊️You will be invited to be part of a whatsapp community
🕊️ If you opt for the Saturday “Yoga Challenge of the Week” - a new challenge will be set each week. It could be anything from a 10 min meditation to a 1 minute handstand!
🕊️ If you attend a class every day, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a space on the 3 day intensive with myself and Manu or a workshop or your choice!
